Timing, certainty, inspection comfort, financing, move logistics and flexibility can all shape how an offer feels to the people involved. For buyers, I would ask whether the terms still leave enough room to make a thoughtful decision and complete the necessary due diligence. For sellers, I would look beyond the first line and consider how cleanly the offer fits the move that needs to happen next. Real estate negotiations are partly financial and partly human.
